So I wish I had a really cool picture to tell you this story, but I don't. So, please hang tight it won't be long blog I promise.
Ok so, as many of you I have taken an internship with City of Life Church here is Kissimmee, FL that will start in August. (Here's a link to a blog on my World Race page that tells more about it: https://jenniekateclark.theworldrace.org/post/life-after-the-race) In order to do this internship I am support raising for it and my first payment of $1050 due date is coming up. Well, I was stressing big time, and this has challenged my faith. Monday, I got the email that my upcoming payment was due, and I was still over $800 short. I was always ahead of fundraising for the race so I never stressed about a deadline, so this is a first. I even was stressing to one of my coworkers and told her I needed Jesus to show up in a big way.
Well when I got home Monday night, I sat down to look at my mail that had been brought it inside of it were two checks for me totalling $837 for my internship!!! Y'all! While I was stressing God already had me taken care of. So I'll leave you with that story for your day.
While I did meet my first fundraiser deadline, I still have $2,000 more dollars to raise and September 1st will have a deadline for $400 of that.
