My name is Jennie Kate and it's time...

My name is Jennie Kate and it's time that I come out of the closet.  I am not perfect.  I trip over obvious stumbling blocks more than I like to admit.  I make mistakes on a regular basis.  I am a hot mess.  I am sinner.  I am coming out of the closet as a sinner, but I am also a Christian.

Yes, sometimes I do things that make me look hypocritical.  I never claimed to be perfect. In fact, I claim to be quite the opposite.
When I say that I am a Christian I mean:
1. I sin, but GOD forgives me and gives me strength to move on.
2. Sin tempts me just as much as it does you, but I have to lean on GOD to see me through it.
3.  I am not even close to perfect, but my GOD is
4.  I struggle with stuff everyday, but GOD is my rock to keep me from sinking in the quick sand.
5.  I hit dark places, and rock bottom.  I rely on GOD to reach down and pull me out.
6.  I am weak.  GOD wraps me in His love, and surrounds me with a wonderful support system full of wonderful people!
6.  I am completely inadequate (Satan likes to remind of this every chance he gets), but GOD will use me in the most marvelous ways!  (Even though most time its outside my comfort zone).

I never was perfect, and I never will be.  GOD didn't create me to be perfect; He created me to glorify Him.
Yes, Sin is an ugly thing, but GOD forgiveness is absolutely beautiful!  GOD sent His Son as a sacrifice to forgive every single one of my sins.  GOD constantly reminds me that He will never leave me no matter how bad I screw things up!

Be strong and courageous; don't be terrified or afraid of them. For it is the LORD your God who goes with you; He will not leave you or forsake you. -Deuteronomy 31:6 (HCSB)

If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us. - 1 John 1:8-10 (ESV)
